I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, supportive, and grounded in trust. My role is to offer a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and work toward meaningful change at your own pace. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, relationship challenges, recovery, or emotional stress, therapy is tailored to your unique experiences and goals.
My approach is compassionate and practical, drawing from evidence-based practices while honoring the whole person. I work with individuals and couples, supporting concerns related to mental health, trauma, and substance use, with a focus on long-term well-being. Together, we focus on building insight, resilience, and sustainable growth that supports lasting change.
I bring a motivated, engaged presence to the therapeutic process and believe meaningful work can be both intentional and human. While therapy may address serious challenges, I also value warmth and, when appropriate, light humor that allows the work to feel balanced and relational.
As a certified health coach, I may also incorporate a wellness-informed perspective, when appropriate and desired, that includes attention to nutrition, daily habits, and physical activity to support overall well-being.
I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Arizona State University. I practice as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and am committed to ethical, thoughtful care that centers your safety, goals, and growth.
Supervision & Licensure
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Arizona and practice under clinical supervision as required by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. I am supervised by Michelle Crowell, LCSW, ensuring ongoing consultation, oversight, and adherence to ethical and professional standards of care.
